Azza Mewah Sdn Bhd was established in 1997 as a construction company for infrastructure and building projects. It holds a G7 certificate issued by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).*
Azza Mewah undertakes 100% public construction works from the Malaysian government, including highways, viaducts, flyovers, drains, river bank project, cityscape beautification projects, sewages etc.
Over the years, we have been undertaking the government’s projects continuously. We complete every project ahead of schedule, and each project passes the defect liability period, maintaining a long-term reputable record with the government.

Set up in Guangzhou, China in 2006, Qing Yuan United Properties is a property development company founded by Azza Mewah founder Alan Lee Quay Kuan.
A Malaysian WOFE (wholly owned foreign enterprise) in China, Qing Yuan United Properties obtained its business licence from Qingyuan City Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce* in 2007. Then, in 2017, remaining a 100% WOFE status**, its business licence was renewed for another 30 years (until 2047).
The real estate project undertaken by Qing Yuan United Properties in Guangzhou, consisting of residential apartments, shops and serviced apartments, is 100% owned by us, without any participation from Chinese enterprises.
With a steady development and unblemished track record with the Chinese government, we have managed to get uninterrupted approvals for the project. We are undertaking more development projects in the future to become the pride of Malaysia in China.

Yy Lee Trading was founded in 2016, with a factory located in Desa Aman Industrial Park, Kepong, to collect, sanitize, crush and resell recyclable plastic to plastic recycling plants/plastic manufacturers both in Malaysia and abroad.
Our factory covers an area of about 5 acres, and the manufacturing process is about 80% mechanized, with an average monthly output of 300 tons. The sanitized waste is not only supplied to the local market but also exported to China, America, Taiwan, Japan and other countries.
