River Of Life (Phase 2)
River of Life (ROL) is continued with Phase 2 yet with the same objective as per previous phase, to bring the community ‘back’ to the river through connecting, transforming and invigorating the river context into the vibrant waterfront, embracing the city’s rich historical, cultural and heritage values, and re-connecting it to the surrounding urban fabric.
The projects are divided into two zone spreading along Klang Rivers to Gombak, still with three stages of work – river cleaning, river beautification and river economics.
As a main contractor, Azza Mewah Sdn Bhd is responsible with the construction of the next phase two of River of Life (ROL) which covered Zone 3A and Zone 3B. Klang river stretching from Jalan Ipoh and Tiong Nam towards Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Kuching is called Zone 3A whilst starting from SJK (C) Chung Kwok until DBKL building and along Jalan Ampang is called Zone 3B. AMSB is responsible to realise the objective into action and work by following master planning and beautification component of the project from consultant and client.

Tunnel at Tun Razak Exchange
The Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) is an iconic 70-acre development in the heart of Kuala Lumpur that is set to become a leading centre for international finance and business. The first phase of development of TRX is anchored by four office towers including the Signature Tower, a lifestyle retail mall, hotels and residential towers.
To cater for traffic heading in and out of TRX, an ingress and egress tunnel will be constructed providing connectivity to the existing Jalan Tun Razak, Bulatan kampong Pandan, Maju Expressway (MEX) and the future Setiawangsa Pantai Expressway (SPE) via the elevated roads being implemented by DBKL.
The ingress tunnel to TRX will begin adjacent to the car park situated beside the RHB Centre before heading into the car park basement of TRX. The egress tunnel beings from the TRX car park basement and ends at the front of TREC KL.

Upgrading of Jalan Duta Tunnel
This project involves the construction of an addition new tunnel by the side of the existing tunnel, to increase the capacity for traffic flow. Before this new tunnel is constructed, the existing tunnel was a bottleneck for traffic travelling from Jalan Duta to Lebuhraya Mahameru.

Jalan Kuching Bridge
This bridge, connecting Jalan Raja Laut (at the vicinity of the SOGO shopping complex) and Jalan Kuching, acts as a traffic dispersal link. It allows traffic from the city to exit quickly from Jalan Raja Laut and disperse onto Jalan Kuching in both the North and South directions.

Seremban Ampangan
This parcel of land occupied a total area of 25 acres. It is surrounded by very matured housing area, and is the last parcel of land to be developed in the area. This development will provide additional good quality and affordable houses in the area. The GDV for the project is estimated to be RM119 millions.
